Flexible Mind
Online emotional burnout preventative care program based on employee consciousness development
Are you familiar with similar problems?
Employees complain about professional burnout (and if they don't, they look like that)
Increased multitasking, uncertainty and change lead to emotional and physical exhaustion
Working meetings are held in an emotionally charged environment, employees do not hear each other well
Decreased employee motivation and engagement
These are all signs of burnout in the workplace, which WHO introduced to the International Classifier of Diseases in 2019.
We offer online burnout prevention training in the workplace. As part of this program, employees will learn simple techniques for developing mindfulness and self-regulation. These are basic skills that help people become more mindful of themselves, work, each other, and learn to cope with stress.
The program consists of three coherent blocks
Module 1:
Focus management
Attention is perhaps the most important asset of a modern person. Television, social networks, and brands are fighting for it.

  • How to consciously control the focus of attention?
  • How to focus only on the most important things and be really included in what you are doing?
  • How not to waste your attention and get tired less?

In 2000, Harvard scientists published a study in which they stated that, on average, 47% of the time a person's mind wanders. This was before the ubiquity of mobile phones and social media.

The result for your employees:

Development of the ability to keep attention on one thing and, as a result, less employee fatigue and greater efficiency in working on a task.
Module 2:
Eco-Thinking
Our mind is incredibly powerful. Our thinking literally defines the world in which we live.

  • How to build a true friendship with your mind?
  • How to see outdated mental patterns and create new healthy thinking patterns?
  • How to make the mind flexible and efficient and not get tired of your own thoughts?

According to a 2005 study by the US National Science Foundation, the average person thinks between 12,000 and 60,000 thoughts a day. 80% of them are negative and fear-based. Only 15% of our thoughts relate to the business and task that a person is busy with, the rest is noise from the past and future and internal dialogues.

The result for your employees:

Developing the ability to see new opportunities, increasing the creativity of employees, reducing negativity and cynicism in relation to professional responsibilities.
Module 3:
Emotional stability
Emotions make our life colorful and varied, but excessive emotional reactivity can become a source of problems and distractions.

  • How can you learn to see the triggers that launch automatic reactions and destructive behavior?
  • How to develop a gap between a trigger and a reaction?
  • How to learn to be with your emotions, to experience them, not to inflate and not block them?
Scientists have found that, on average, emotions last 90 seconds. However, some of them have accompanied us for years. We can learn to work with our emotions without being suppressed and carried away by them. Just be with them and see them as important messages for the growth of our personality.

The result for your employees:

Improving the emotional climate in the team, developing the ability to hear each other, reducing the effect of "sticking" to the problem, increasing the ability to accept emotions and build meaningful relationships.
