Work stages
Stage 1
Understanding the customer's request and choosing a coach, determining the direction of work
Stage 2
Getting work started with a coach (employee), defining coaching goals, discussing expectations, result image building. Assessment of the current situation and the desired result
Stage 3
Evaluation of intermediate results with the customer and the employee, adjusting the work if necessary
Stage 4
Continuation of coaching sessions, further movement towards the goal
Stage 5
Evaluation of work results by the customer, employee and coach, provision of a report

Coaching sessions are conducted individually in face-to-face and video format
Session duration up to 1 hour
We work in the format of up to 8-10 coaching sessions to work out one goal of the employee, but at least 4 sessions
